Radford University will provide pending credit on the tuition billing
statement for approved VPEP awards. If pending credit is not shown on
your statement, participants in the Virginia College Savings Plan should
submit a financial aid voucher (located in the payment brochure or online
here) to Radford University each semester indicating the amount that will
be paid by the plan. When you submit a voucher, Radford University will
defer payment (for the amount being sent from VCSP) until the funds are
received from VCSP. Subtract the amount to be received from VCSP from the
amount due and remit the difference (if any) with the financial aid
voucher. This will assure that class registration is confirmed for the
semester. Participants may hold either a VEST or VPEP account.
- Participants who hold a VEST account must submit a Distribution Request Form to the Virginia College Savings Plan each semester in order to have funds disbursed to RU.
- Participants who hold a VPEP account will have tuition and fee amounts covered by the plan. Charges for room and board (if applicable) should be paid by the semester due date.
