Many institutionally-administered financial aid programs provide overpayment on students' accounts. Financial aid surplus that the university has received will automatically be processed and mailed to the student's local address after the first week of school. It is university policy to hold the enrolled student liable for charges incurred; therefore refund checks will be issued in the name of the student.
