For student financial aid that is awarded after the billing has taken place, a payment voucher can be found on this website under the "Forms" area for your use. For example, if a student receives a scholarship, grant, or a loan; or a parent has applied for a PLUS Loan after the billing takes place or is enrolled in the Virginia Prepaid Education Program; with proper documentation (copies of the award notices) the payment voucher can be submitted instead of actual payment of the amount of the award(s). Please take credit for only the billed semester's anticipated disbursement. Payment vouchers cannot be used for alternative loan programs disbursed directly to the parent or student.
