Students receiving financial aid can apply any excess financial aid towards the purchase of books and supplies in the University Bookstore. An excess occurs when a student's total financial aid for the term (less Federal Work Study) exceeds his or her semester charges. This service allows up to $400 of excess aid per semester during the standard academic year (not including the summer sessions) to be set up on account at the University Bookstore. If you wish to use this service, please return the "Bookstore Voucher" during the available times located in our "forms" area on this website. Only students with a credit amount on their billing statement may use this service.
