Students receiving financial aid can apply any excess financial aid
towards the purchase of books and supplies in the University Bookstore.
An excess occurs when a student's total financial aid for the term
(less Federal Work Study) exceeds the semester charges. This
service allows up to $550 of excess aid per semester during the standard
academic year (not including the summer sessions) to be set up on account
at the University Bookstore. If you wish to use this service, you will be notified after your financial aid package has been processed. Once notified, you will need to log on to the portal and access the financial aid menu. Once there, click on the link "Bookstore Voucher Application". After completion you will be notified by e-mail of approvals/denials, or you may access this information on the portal under "Bookstore Voucher Application".
